This one day class covers the stages and phases of  labor with comprehensive coping mechanisms, pressure points and massage for managing labor. Relaxation techniques & Breathing through labor as well as how to manage the unknowns of early labor.  Infant care focuses on the first hour of life through babies first few months.  Standards of care at the hospital, Understanding babies cues, feeding, diapering, swaddling and more to help you develop your parenting style. This is a wonderful class for the mother, family, or couple who is busy and wants a great overview of birth and caring for their baby.
