This is an intense childbirth class that will prepare you for the birth of your baby. We will cover everything from non medicated to very medicated labor, what to expect along the way, and how to set goals for your birth that are right for you. The sooner you attend the class the sooner you can start using the information from the class. The classes start Friday evening 6-9 and continues Saturday from 9:00-4:30.
