Bengkung Belly Binding

Many individuals struggle with pain in their hips back and belly in the third trimester. As we deliver the baby one of the great things we can do for our bodies to help our bodies heal and recover in the first few weeks postpartum is learn how to wear proper support and wear enjoy it. There is little we do for ourselves in the first few days of a postpartum and the Belly Bind session is a way to help yourself heal and recover well. This provides support for the back, proper posture for breastfeeding, can help aide in the repair of diastasis recti and provide comfort and support for the muscles that are healing and repairing after birth. Our ties are hand died and made from cotton muslin. The doula will travel to you, give you a demonstration of how the bind is done, teach you how to do the bind, watch you bind yourself and then do a final bind on you so you feel all snug and secure before they leave. They will also leave you with instructions and videos so you will have those to refer back on
